John always took a sad song and made it better~I always felt like John was my brother in my heart ~I felt so close to him somehow~I am supposing perhaps there were millions of individuals who had a similar feeling but at 12 years old and living in a very sheltered remote area of rural Virgnia way out in the country I had no knowledge of the other people {way before the internet existed) so I prayed for John that he would find his way through the fog and emotional and political clutter into the real and eternal and forever light and be for all time and even after time, be in the light of God’s truth love and peace. I love John and I love you Yoko and when we meet one day I will enjoy so much to settle down on the sofa and speak with you both for endless hours of sharing of the life stories I missed hearing in this life because we never met here. Keep on keepin on with the mission and heart drive of your life and I shall see you when I see you then. Keep the light shining.
It’s hard to believe that I grew up with John Lennon,and the Beatle’s,and didn’t know they were around back in the late 1960′s,or early 1970′s.An amazing book to read(about them all)is;Shout!The Beatle’s and their Generation by a Philip Norman,and another book is John Lennon,the ILLustrated Biography by the Daily Mail.There are rare and rarely seen image’s of the Beatle’s,John’s marriage’s to Cynthia Lennon,and Yoko Ono Lennon,and of course,the Beatle’s themselve’s.So,,go out to those bookstore’s and grab one of those ‘rare Beatle’s find’s.Enjoy it,too!Peace for the New Year!From;BettyLee//
