Dear Yoko and all the wonderful people that have helped make this book available here,

I am Nhu, a youngster from Vietnam. I am writing this email with the hope to have the permission to translate this book into Vietnamese and make it available on the internet, just like you did with the English translation.
The reason why I wish to make the book available in my language is because I strongly believe that it will bring miracles to many people. I am sure because that was what happened to me when I found Kimura’s story. I was in university studying Environmental Engineering, and hoping to make the world a better place. However I was unhappy, directionless and unmotivated to carry on. Then I came across Fukuoka’s One Straw Revolution. I found the path.
Since then I’ve been working mostly on organic farms and permaculture/natural farming projects. I am currently working with XanhShop, a social entrepreneur in Vietnam who’s working hard to bring natural, local, small-scaled produce to customers and help spreading awareness about an eco-lifestyle.
We have, in 2015, got the permission to translate The One Straw Revolution by Masanobu Fukuoka into Vietnamese and made the digital copies available for free download here (with copyrights): https://xanhshop.com/ebook-cuoc-cach-mang-mot-cong-rom.
I am sincerely asking that you could allow us to translate Akinori Kimura’s Miracle Apples into Vietnamese and make it available free of charge on our website/blog, or in ebook formats. The translation and formatting will be done by volunteers and will not be used to earn any profits.

Thank you,
Nhu Ngo
