I traveled 3,000 miles to be there. I wasn't able to attend your residency at Kenny's Castaway in the 70's. I was just a kid and I wouldn't find your music for a few more years (when I went off to college). I still look at that program and marvel at what you did. (And AIU remains, probably, one of the most important records of my life.) Last Monday and Tuesday were incredible. Thank you so much. I spent every penny I had to be there. It was worth it. Love, R.
