Dear Imagine Peace:

We would like to share with your readers information about a special encore performance of Imagine: A Celebration of John Lennon on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts Concert Hall in New York City to benefit the nonprofit, National Dance Institute (NDI), and celebrate the 25th Anniversary of LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts.

100 NDI dancers explore the magic of John Lennon’s iconic music while paying tribute to his memory and impact with a performance that weaves together vignettes of his life with original, energetic choreography. Dancers perform to “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “I Saw Her Standing There,” “A Day in the Life,” “Help!,” “Come Together,” and a highlight of the event is “Imagine,” created by movement taken from American Sign Language.

Prior to, and following the 6:30 p.m. performance, exclusive benefit receptions and dinners will be held. All proceeds benefit NDI’s programs that transform the lives of over 35,000 New York City public school children every year through arts education.

Tickets are $500 and $250 for VIP Seating & Dinner; $100 for Preferred Seating & Reception.
For tickets and information, call (212) 226-0083, email reservations@nationaldance.org or visit www.nationaldance.org.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Andrea Kotuk
