George Maciunas arranged a boat trip up the Hudson River on July 7, 1971. Many of the Fluxus friends joined the trip including Yoko Ono, John Lennon, Joe Jones, Bob Watts, and many others. Ken Jacobs, and Michael Snow are part of the cast. George and his mother, Leokadija Maciunas, are also present.

It was attended by many of their close friends, including Timothy Leary.
