what do you eat for breakfast? for real!
Drink coffee, black tea, or green tea. Depending on how I feel that morning. Have a ginger juice with home made apple sauce in it for the sweet taste. Sometimes I eat porridge as well. Depends on what sort of schedule I have that day. Porridge is pretty heavy. Slows you down.

Yes. I have. It happens to me in the tail end of a dream, I then immediately wake up, jump up to find a pencil and a paper, and write them down.

Many old eastern chants gives me a strong feeling of healing. I love listening to them.

Love yourself, and live to stay as healthy as you can be. When you do that, your mind and your body will send love out without you trying. So don’t worry about that. First, you must love yourself. Otherwise, you will be a parasite to somebody or something else.

I think I have. And not even once but many times. They are certainly coming to our planet more and more I think. I am sure that one day we will all travel to find out about other planets. We are still in an embryonic stage and can’t look around the real world – which is the Universe.

What if you love someone but all they want to do is test your love for them, becuase they are insecure with themselves, while playing games with your emosions. He wants to say “I am who i am and im not changing for anyone.” I cant live with the things he does to me so should i leave him. Well at this point? Should i take him back?
What you are doing is also “playing a game” called ‘try to change the nightmare into something pleasant’. If you still want to keep playing that game, that’s up to you. But know that that’s the game you are playing because you want to. Life is short. I hope you will get to play a better game than that.

Here in South America we fight everyday for our beliefs, our ideals, our peace motives and for the beauty of life.

Many years ago in NY you and John did a TV show on channel 13 which I attended. I have never heard anything relating to this show. Could you please let me know why.
