You and John worked so hard for world peace. It seems lately that war is the only answer our leaders can come up with to deal with our problems. Do you think we can ever get to a time when everyone wants peace? It seems like many of us just pay lip service to peace, but don’t work very hard to promote it. You have used art and music to promote peace. From your perspective, what else needs to be done? War is over if you want it!
The leaders of each country are being controlled by the military. They should come out and say that. If we knew the truth, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can stop the war right away. But knowing the truth will do something to our brains, and it will know what to do. That’s a start.

Just thinking you want to find a way to honour his memory is a good start. He would have wanted you to work to create a better future for our planet. Make it less polluted, with less wars.

I’m sure it’s a bit embarrassing. But in the end, it’s a blessing that your Mom read your diary and she knows more about what’s going in your head. She is interested in what’s going on in your head and in your life. Think of the poor kids whose parents didn’t want them, and put them up for adoption. You are a very lucky child.

Dear yoko – I’ve severe fatigue & sleepiness & no cure 4 years…lost my ability 2 work & live normally. It’s hard. Any words?
You have the sleeplessness and fatigue from it, partly because you believed what we’ve been told – that we should sleep eight hours a night to be healthy. Well, they discovered very recently, that that was not so. Some of us can survive on three to four hours per sleep and stay quite healthy. So go back to not being able to seep. Don’t take any sleeping pills. Walk around, play the piano, read – do anything that makes you feel good, You will then find yourself becoming sleepy. That’s when you should sleep. There is a group in the west coast, who walk barefoot on grass for four hours. These are people who just never could go to sleep, and they go to sleep very easily, after the four hour walk on the glass barefoot. Just don’t fear sleeplessness – then you won’t have sleeplessness.

Just become inerested in something other than being a big bum and end up sleeping too much! Find something you love to do. That is the fastest way of getting out of the hell you are in now.
